I've seen a few of these folks around, pedaling away. Now it looks like Happy Rickshaw is here to stay . . . and to rescue the weary pedestrian. Roughly $2-7/person isn't a bad alternative to the cab, I'd say. While I doubt I'd use this service regularly, a Friday and Saturday night post-cocktail means of transportation sounds downright smart (and fun). Perhaps they can consider the slogan, "Don't drink and drive, drink and pedicab!"
