Looks like I'm about two years late discovering this, but I am loving Flying Squid Studios' The Skeletor Show. You can watch all episodes at the latter; here's the trailer (probably NSFW due to strong language):
I must admit that while I remember He-Man, it was my brother who really watched the show growing up (though I remember making Prince Adam marry a Barbie doll in kindergarten once). Good news is, like Sealab 2021, you don't have to be familiar with the original cartoon for this parody to make you chuckle.
