After nearly 8 weeks of job hunting (4 of which have been full-time), I got my first call-back.
It was sort of a pre-interview and I thought it went pretty well. The employment manager and I struck what seemed like a good rapport -- I anticipated some of her questions; she seemed pleased with some of my answers and said she really liked my cover letter. I'm not getting too hopeful just yet as there is an internal candidate being considered, but I am very happy to finally get some reinforcement. I think I needed that a bit more than I had realized.
